Cancellation & Refund Policy
LAKSHMI GUEST HOUSE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations of services paid for will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order, and paying the full or a part amount as required for the accommodation at the Guest House, from time to time. However, any cancellation requests may not be entertained if there are additional services or benefits asked for along with the room-related charges (such as flowers on arrival, birthday cakes etc.) which may have been communicated to third-party vendors/merchants and for which they have initiated the process of supplying/shipping them.
- LAKSHMI GUEST HOUSE does not accept cancellation requests for rooms booked, if there is a “no-show” by the concerned guest without any prior intimation. Written information received by Lakshmi Guest House ( including on WhatsApp ) before or upto 48-hours prior to the check-in date and time, will enable the refund to be processed, with a 15% deduction, by way of re-processing charges.
- In case of any refunds approved by the LAKSHMI GUEST HOUSE, it would take 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed and paid out to the customer.
